STUDIO Policy
Registration and Fee
REGISTRATION
To complete your registration, we kindly request that all students sign up for classes at least 24 hours before the class begins. You can conveniently fill out the form on our website or get in touch with us directly.
PRORATED ART CLASSES
For ongoing art classes (excluding Camps), we provide prorated options. This means that students can join a class after its initial start date, and the cost will be adjusted based on the number of classes already completed in the session.
CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY
Please give us 48 hours’ notice prior to cancellation or rescheduling. Full class tuition will not be refunded otherwise. No credit is given if the reschedule or cancellation has been made on the same day.
ATTENDANCE POLICY
If you miss a class without prior notice, no credit will be given.
INVOICING
You will receive an invoice before the start of the month, and payment is due on the specified date. Please note that a late fee of $30 will apply after that deadline.
ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS
We accept payments through Zelle (amhliew@gmail.com), Venmo (ninestudiosf), PayPal (amelie@nine.education), Stripe, cash, and check. All checks must be drawn in US funds. There is a $50 charge for returned checks.
PRIVATE PARTY SCHEDULING
Private parties are available by appointment and subject to availability. To secure your reservation, we ask for an advanced non-refundable deposit of $250. After you’ve provided your preferred date and time, we’ll make every effort to tailor the party experience to your ideas and requirements.
Other Policies
PHOTOGRAPHS AND DOCUMENTATION
Our classes, events, or birthday parties may be recorded and photographed for marketing, website, social media, archival and/or other purposes. Such recording or photographing may include pictures of the attendees, individuals at our program or class participants. Your attendance at any class, party or event at Nine Studio shall be deemed your consent to appear in such programming and/or photographs without compensation or additional approval of any kind.
PARENT DROP-OFF
Please note that all classes are drop-off. We believe that the studio experience will be more fun for children with a greater sense of independence and interaction with their peers.
PARENT PICK-UP
Please be mindful of class and pick-up times. If an emergency is preventing you from picking-up your child on time, please notify the studio through email or phone. However, if your child remains in the studio for 20 minutes past their scheduled time, a fee of $45 will be charged.
